Day 1: Arusha: Arrival and Pre-Safari Stay
Welcome! Upon arrival, the group will be transferred to the accommodation, where Dewi and Emmanuel, your hosts, will personally welcome you and ensure a seamless and memorable start to the incentive journey.

Day 2: Choose your experience
Option 1: Arrival Day: Culture & Landscapes
Begin your journey with an authentic visit to a traditional Maasai village, offering a meaningful introduction to Tanzania’s rich cultural heritage. Enjoy lunch in Karatu before continuing into the Ngorongoro Highlands, where a guided crater rim hike reveals your first breathtaking views of the iconic caldera. In the afternoon, arrive at your lodge and settle into the tranquil surroundings. A carefully curated day that seamlessly combines culture, spectacular landscapes, and unforgettable experiences.
Option 2: Arrival Day: Safari Experience
Start your adventure with a game drive through Tarangire National Park, where Tanzania’s remarkable wildlife takes centre stage from the very beginning. Following the safari, continue your journey into the Ngorongoro Highlands. In the afternoon, arrive at your lodge and enjoy time to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. A day dedicated to exceptional wildlife encounters, breathtaking scenery, and an immersive safari experience.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Early in the morning, the group begins their Ngorongoro Crater safari as they descend into one of the most unique wildlife ecosystems in the world. Around midday, the group enjoys a picnic lunch on the crater floor. The safari continues with an afternoon game drive before ascending the crater and returning towards Arusha.

Day 4: Reflection, Celebration & Farewell
In the morning, the final day begins at a relaxed pace with a guided walk in the surroundings, offering a glimpse into the local coffee-making process and daily life in the region. This is followed by the Celebration & Reflection Lunch, hosted on the rooftop of a prestigious 5-star hotel in the city. In an elegant setting, the group looks back on the safari journey together, with a short speech, a curated photo presentation on screen, and a toast with bubbles to celebrate the shared experience. In the late afternoon, the team departs for the airport and their international return flights, marking the end of an immersive and carefully curated incentive.
