Day 1: Pre-Safari – Arrival in Tanzania
Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airpor t , a member of our team will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. In the afternoon or evening, your safari guide will meet you for a detailed safari briefing.
Day 2 – Arusha to Tarangire
Today you will embark on a day trip to Tarangire National Park . Tarangire is renowned for its
ancient baobab trees and large concentrations of elephants, especially during the dry season. In the morning, you’ll begin your safari adventure through the park’s diverse landscapes. Spend the rest of the day exploring the wilderness and searching for wildlife.
Day 3 – Ngorongoro crater – Central Serengeti
An early morning drive takes you to the Ngorongoro Crater for a spectacular game drive inside the world’s largest intact caldera. In the afternoon, you will drive to central Serengeti.
Day 4: Full day in Serengeti – from central to north.
Begin the day with a morning game drive in the Serengeti, then journey nor th toward the hear t of the Great Migration. Here, you’ll have the chance to witness thousands of wildebeest and zebras braving the perilous river crossing a dramatic scene where crocodiles lie in wait .
Day 5: Serengeti – northern Serengeti
Spend a full day exploring the Northern Serengeti near the Mara River, where the Great Migration reaches its peak. Watch in awe as thousands of wildebeest and zebras brave the crocodile infested waters during dramatic river crossings. Game drives take you close to the action, with chances to spot big cats, elephants, and more along the way.
Day 6: Serengeti – from North to central
Begin your day with a morning game drive in the Northern Serengeti to witness the awe -inspiring wildebeest migration. After wards, head back toward Central Serengeti for another game drive, where you’ll have a good chance of spotting the Big Five.
Day 7: Central Serengeti – Arusha
An early departure from Mto wa Mbu takes you through the Ngorongoro highlands and into the heart of the southern Serengeti ecosystem. By midday, you’ll arrive in the Ndutu region perfectly timed for an afternoon game drive in one of the best areas to witness the calving season and predator action.
Day 8 – Depar ture Day
After breakfast , transfer to the airpor t for your international flight or onward journey. Safari ends with memories for a lifetime.
